Prior to taking ownership of West Central Properties in 2007, Vinh was a high flier in international companies in his birth country, Vietnam. But now he’s a man who is utilising his many skills and talents in the real estate industry.
After Vinh came to live permanently in Australia in 2001, he began his property career with well-known local Frank Trimboli, learning every aspect of the industry from the ground up.
He was an award-winner at the agency, with consistently the highest sales figures. In 2004, he became co-owner of the agency and later established West Central Properties, steering it towards lively success.
Experience gained in his roles while working in Vietnam and Europe gave him expertise in high-level management, sales, marketing and customer liaison.
With a Bachelor of Marine Engineering already under his belt, Vinh added further to his skills portfolio by completing a finance/commercial course at Macquarie University in Sydney.
He attributes the commitment to his own staff’s training to the excellent training he undertook himself in his varied corporate roles.
Married to Fiona and with three children, Vinh received a Victorian government award in 2014, for his contribution to multiculturalism, forging links between Vietnam and Australian businesses and governments.
A great communicator and with the ability to offer well-informed advice across a broad spectrum within the real estate industry, Vinh has been a martial arts teacher and played competition tennis. Nowadays, he loves playing the drums and motorbike riding with friends.
